Mike McCarthy
Founder & CEO
I have been working as an Insurance Adviser since 2013, helping individuals and families find cover that truly fits their needs. I focus on education, taking the time to explain insurance so clients can make confident, informed decisions. Whether it is life, health, income protection, or KiwiSaver investment advice, my aim is always to ensure the cover is tailored and relevant.
To meet the legal requirements for financial and KiwiSaver investment advice in New Zealand, I completed the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) (Investment). With this qualification and over a decade of experience, I offer clear, practical advice backed by industry knowledge. I make complex financial matters simple and approachable.
Outside of work, I am active in my community through the Takapuna Cricket Club, where I was honoured to receive NZ Cricket’s Volunteer of the Year award in 2017. Giving back is important to me, both through volunteering and by supporting clients so they feel understood and confident about their financial protection.

Carmen Bradstreet is a financial services professional with over 10 years’ experience in New Zealand’s advice sector. She holds a Bachelor of Business Analysis (Finance) and the NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5). Known for simplifying complex concepts, Carmen helps clients make confident financial decisions. She also served as Chairperson of Trikafta for Kiwis, advocating for patient access to essential medication - an experience that strengthened her passion for guiding people through life and health choices.

Daralyn Charleton

I bring a background in insurance, telecommunications, and finance, supported by a BA in Sociology, a Masters in Business in Management, and a Financial Services Level 5 qualification. My career has always centred on people management and customer satisfaction. I’m passionate about financial literacy making advice clear, practical, and easy to act on.
